Toronto International Dance Festival (TIDF 2024) outdoor FREE event showcasing world dance forms-all on one stage-“Dance @the Square!” It’s multicultural, international and inclusive dance festival. Toronto: The Dancing Damsels Inc. proudly hosts “Dance @ the Square”, a FREE to the public, outdoor summer festival as part of Toronto International Dance Festival (TIDF), taking place on Saturday August 3rd, 2024, at Albert Campbell Square (150 Borough Dr, Scarborough, ON M1P 0B1) from 10 am to 10 pm. For the past decade, TIDF has promoted cultural diversity through various successful performing arts events and community projects. Dance @ the Square provides education and entertainment to the public through dance performances, interactive sessions, demonstrations, and workshops with an array of diverse cultures from the local community. A grand procession of exquisite dancers hailing from diverse communities and genres shall grace this extraordinary event, presenting an awe-inspiring display of world dance forms, all harmoniously united upon a single stage. Esteemed dignitaries from every echelon of government, encompassing city, provincial, and federal realms, shall honor this momentous occasion with their esteemed presence.
