๐Halifax Regional Municipality has announced water quality advisories for Oakfield Park Beach, Penhorn Beach, and Sandy Lake Beach after recent testing revealed bacteria levels exceeding Health Canadaโs guidelines. Consequently, swimming is temporarily discouraged at these locations. Despite the advisories, lifeguards will still be present during regular hours to inform the public about the swimming restrictions. Water quality monitoring at these supervised beaches occurs throughout July and August. Additionally, Cunard Pond Beach remains closed due to the presence of blue-green algae. Beachgoers are urged to stay informed and follow municipal updates regarding these advisories for their safety. ๐๐จ๐ฆ @jom_mattam . . #HalifaxBeaches #WaterAdvisory #BeachSafety #HealthAlert #BacteriaWarning #AlgaeBloom #SwimSafe #mnm #malayalisnearmeapp #canadaupdate #canadanews
