๐Manitobans may soon have the right to grow recreational cannabis at home as the provincial government plans to lift the ban. While federal regulations allow for up to four homegrown marijuana plants, Manitoba's laws currently prohibit this practice for recreational purposes. However, the Kinew government is expected to introduce legislative changes to overturn the ban. Jesse Lavoie, who challenged the law in court, is pleased with the potential change.
