This follows a death in a 2006 Sentra and 58 injuries since 2015. The affected models include 2002-2006 Sentra, 2002-2004 Pathfinder, and 2002-2003 Infiniti QX4. Owners can check their vehicle status online and should contact dealers for free repairs, towing, and in some cases, mobile service or loaner cars.
