👉Waterloo Regional Police executed search warrants at two businesses in Kitchener and Cambridge, seizing significant quantities of psilocybin, commonly known as magic mushrooms. The businesses, located on King Street in Cambridge and Victoria Street and Park Street in Kitchener, were confirmed to be operating as FunGuyz mushroom shops. Two women, aged 19 and 32 from Cambridge, were arrested and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and failing to comply with an undertaking. Despite multiple raids, the stores continued to operate illegally. Police emphasized that the public sale of psilocybin is illegal and unregulated, lacking quality control measures.✅ .
