The review, focusing on the Ottawa Student Transportation Authority (OSTA), aims to address a projected $7 million funding gap. Recommendations include synchronizing school schedules, reducing the number of buses, and extending student bus rides within the one-hour limit. While OSTA accepted most recommendations, it noted that significant changes to school "bell times" would require approval from the school boards.
