👉Surrey RCMP have uncovered a major counterfeit operation, seizing over 100 fake smartphones and various other items. The investigation began last December after a suspicious package containing counterfeit Apple iPhones and fraudulent receipts was discovered. The police later executed search warrants at two homes in Surrey and Maple Ridge, uncovering a wide range of counterfeit products, including iPhones, Apple Watches, AirPods, Samsung phones, and luxury items. Multiple suspects have been identified, and a report is being prepared for the BC Prosecution Service.
