๐Starting Wednesday, new penalties for high-speed driving offences and stunting take effect in Saskatchewan. Drivers caught stunting, street racing, or committing high-speed offences will now face automatic penalties, losing their driver's license for a week and their vehicle for a month. Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) announced these tougher penalties in February to deter such dangerous driving behaviors. Previously, stunting resulted in a three-day vehicle impoundment for subsequent offences with no license suspension. Street racing led to a 30-day vehicle impoundment without license suspension. Exceeding the speed limit by at least 50 kilometers per hour resulted in a week-long impoundment. ๐๐จ๐ฆ @jom_mattam . . #SaskatchewanDrivingPenalties #SGI #HighSpeedDriving #StuntingPenalties #TrafficLaws #RoadSafety #mnm #malayalisnearmeapp #canadaupdate #canadanews
