๐Winnipeg has commenced the application process for Short-Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) licenses, set to impact how operators lease their properties. Effective April 1, the City of Winnipeg requires STRA owners to obtain a yearly license, with a $260 fee for a primary residence. Additional licensing is available for up to three properties purchased on or before February 23rd the previous year, with fees calculated based on the number of rooms within each short-term rental, according to Terry Cormier, licensing coordinator for the City of Winnipegโs Licensing and Bylaw Enforcement Division. ๐๐จ๐ฆ @manojkaratha_realtor . . #WinnipegRentals #ShortTermRentals #LicenseApplications #CityRegulations #PropertyManagement #LicensingFees #BylawEnforcement #HousingChange #mnm #malayalisnearmeapp #canadaupdate #canadanews
