In two recent draws conducted under the OINP Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream, a significant number of candidates were targeted. In the first draw, held from August 11 to August 16, a total of 2,084 NOIs were issued to candidates with Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores ranging from 473 to 516. These candidates had previously created profiles within the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry system from August 11 of the previous year to July 8 of the current year. The second draw, which occurred on August 16, resulted in 751 NOIs being sent out to candidates with CRS scores between 473 and 495. These candidates had established profiles in the Express Entry system between August 16 of the previous year and August 2 of the current year.
