👉Health authorities in Canada are urgently investigating a significant outbreak of E. coli, predominantly affecting young children attending daycares in Calgary. Dr. Mark Joffe, Alberta's chief medical officer, revealed that the outbreak has been traced back to a centralized kitchen that supplies meals to multiple nursery facilities. After a surge in pediatric cases requiring emergency room visits, doctors swiftly identified the common link: the kitchen operated by a company called Fueling Brains, which services daycare centres in both Calgary and Saskatoon.
