👉Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) discovered human remains in a wooded area near Katrine, Ontario, on May 3. Katrine, located approximately 100km south of North Bay off Highway 11 near Doe Lake, is a remote northern Ontario community. The deceased's identity has yet to be confirmed, and the investigation, assisted by various OPP units, the Office of the Chief Coroner, and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service, is ongoing.
