According to a filing with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the accelerator pedal pad may dislodge and become trapped by the interior trim. The recall affects Cybertrucks manufactured between Nov. 13, 2023, and April 4, 2024. So far, Tesla is not aware of any accidents, injuries, or fatalities related to this issue.
