✅As of April 2024, Canada has recorded 575,000 job vacancies, with the highest demand in the healthcare and social assistance sectors, which saw a 0.5% increase in labor demand. Payroll employment in these sectors rose by 0.2%, continuing an upward trend since September 2022. The average weekly earnings in Canada increased by 3.7% year-over-year, reaching CAD 1240.
