✅Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited 3,200 candidates proficient in French to apply for permanent residency in the latest Express Entry draw. This fourth draw in July required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 420. Earlier in the month, IRCC held three other draws: one on July 2 for 920 Provincial Nominee Program candidates with a CRS score of 739, and two category-based draws on July 4 and 5 for trade and healthcare occupations, inviting 1,800 and 3,750 candidates respectively.
