Ontario Issues 190 PR Invitations in June 17 OINP Draws

✅On June 17, Ontario held two draws under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), issuing 190 invitations for permanent residency. The draws targeted early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202), with cut-off scores dropping by 4-5 points compared to the June 11 draws. Invitations were based on Expression of Interest (EOI) profiles submitted between June 17, 2023, and June 17, 2024. The annual nomination cap for OINP has increased by 5,000 to 21,500 for 2024, accounting for about 20% of Canada’s provincial nominee plan.
