✅On June 6, Quebec immigration officials issued 1,281 invitations for Canadian immigration through the Arrima Expression of Interest system. The draw targeted two groups: one required a French proficiency level of at least 7 and a minimum score of 587 on Quebec’s points system; the other also required French proficiency level 7 but focused on candidates with job offers outside Montreal, with no minimum points requirement.
