Immigration Details
📣Honourable Immigration Minister Sean Fraser launched the extension of Post graduate work permits from April 6, 2023. 🔑With this policy, post graduates will continue to contribute to the Canadian economy and help employers address the issue of labour shortages by retaining the workers they need during the period of economic growth and recovery. 👉🏻Foreign nationals with expired or expiring post graduate work permits will be able to work in Canada for an additional 18 months by either extending their work permits or applying for a new one. 👉🏻To help individuals get back to work, IRCC will be granting interim work authorizations to the PGWP applicants whose work permits have already expired. ℹ️WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Post Graduate Work Permit Holders: 🔑whose permit has expired or is expiring soon in 2023 🔑who were eligible for the facilitative measure (whose work permits had expired during the period of September 20, 2021- December 31, 2022.) 🔑whose permit has already expired and are beyond the 90-day restoration period will receive an interim work authorization while awaiting processing of their new work permit application. 😃Fortunately, this extension will help a lot of international students to maintain or have a valid status in Canada while awaiting their Invitation to Apply for Permanent Residence in the Express Entry pool or complete their Work experience to qualify for Permanent Residence in the Canadian Experience Class. 👉🏻Leverage the PGWP Extension and apply now with our Support! https://noaisys.ca/immigration 👉🏻Checkout the IRCC Website for full story https://bit.ly/3Fvt7pz #news #latestnews #trending #canada🇨🇦 #collegestudent #publicpolicy #extensions #workpermit #workpermitcanada #immigration #canadaimmigration
