๐Ontario high school students will have the opportunity to spend the majority of their Grade 11 and 12 years in an apprenticeship, thanks to a new skilled trades program announced by Education Minister Stephen Lecce and Labour Minister David Piccini. The program, starting in September 2025, will allow students to devote 80% of their time to co-op courses, accelerating their entry into skilled trades. Despite the focus on trades, students will still be required to take math and English courses. The initiative aims to meet the province's demand for 500,000 more skilled trade workers over the next decade. ๐๐จ๐ฆ @manojkaratha_realtor . . #OntarioEducation #ApprenticeshipProgram #SkilledTrades #HighSchoolStudents #OntarioYouthApprenticeship #OntarioLabour #EducationNews #mnm #malayalisnearmeapp #canadaupdate #canadanews
