The GTA Market Report is out for the month of November. 📈 Good news for home buyers prices are down by 0.92% in GTA. The number of sales have been 4,544 while there have been 8,880 new listings. The average days on the market have been 22. The average sale price was $1,079,395 while detached homes sold for an average price of $1,390,162. Condos sold for an average price of $708,636. Detached houses sold the most at 2,056 while condos came second in sales at 1,289. Sales of semi-detached houses went down by 13.9% and detached houses went down by 11.3%.
