✅The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) recently conducted its second draw of April, inviting 82 candidates under the Labour & Express Entry stream. Held on April 18, 2024, the draw targeted individuals working in various sectors such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Construction, and Traditional industries. Candidates were selected based on criteria including language proficiency, education level and field, work experience, strategic priorities aligning with PEI's labour market needs, and other relevant factors like job offers in PEI or previous Canadian work experience. Notably, no invitations were issued for the Business Work Permit Entrepreneur stream. The PEI PNP follows a scheduled draw calendar and plans to conduct a total of 23 invitation rounds in 2024.
