👉An out-of-control wildfire is raging near Fort McMurray, Alberta, burning 28 kilometers southwest of the city. As of Friday 9 a.m., the fire covers 25 hectares. The Fort McMurray Forest Area faces "extreme" wildfire danger, according to the Alberta Wildfire website. Lack of rain led to a fire ban in the Grande Prairie Forest Area.
